Peel back the lid and open the swab. Slip the lid off by gently by pressing the sides of the cap, it should slide off.

Collect your sample by turning the plunger five times, listening for a click with each turn. It’s as easy as twist and click.

Remove the swab holding the transparent casing with one hand. Pull the plunger to retract the white brush. Re-attach the lid with a click to protect your sample in the mail
